Welcome to Beeing Well, I’m Brooke Pilkington. My work supports the release of stored stress so you can feel more relaxed, have better energy, sleep more deeply, and experience less pain. Through gentle, nervous-system–centered practices, stress unwinds at its root, life force energy increases, and coherence returns throughout your system.
My approach is nurturing and attuned, guided by deep respect for your body’s innate intelligence to heal from the inside out. Drawing from Spinal Flow, Ayurveda, somatic movement, yoga, breath-work and meditation, I create an environment where slowing down feels safe and natural, allowing your system to soften, reorganize, and restore its own rhythm. I offer retreats, trainings, and one-on-one sessions in person, as well as by phone or Zoom.
