Cancellation Policy
- Before Dec. 20th, 2025: Full refund of the retreat package price, less the $550 non-refundable deposit.
- Dec. 20th 2025 – Jan. 20th 2026- 50% refund of the retreat package price, less the $550 non-refundable deposit.
- On or after Jan. 20th 2026: No refund will be issued.
Please note that these refunds only apply to the retreat package prices and do not cover expenses such as international flight costs. We highly recommend purchasing traveler’s insurance to help recover funds in the event of unforeseeable cancellation issues.
