We will begin our journey on Thursday, August 28th at 3pm. Brooke & Melanie will welcome you in and meet you right where you are. You will be nurtured and nourished and drift off to sleep after a frequency tune-up sound bath with Melanie.
We will spend Friday and Saturday exploring Spinal Flow, time in nature, sound baths, nourishment and play. We have included time to journal, rest & rejuvenate too.
Sunday morning we will enjoy one more morning of magic and a sweet brunch together before we wrap up mid-day on Sunday and bring all of these amazing tools and experiences into our daily lives.
The Work at the Heart of This Retreat
At the core of this retreat are five group Spinal Flow sessions—a gentle, hands-on technique that works directly with the spine and nervous system to help the body release what it’s been holding. These sessions support the unwinding of stored emotions, trauma, and tension, while also addressing structural imbalances that contribute to pain, fatigue, and dysfunction.
Spinal Flow uses precise touch points along the spine to activate the body’s innate healing intelligence. There’s no force or manipulation—just light, intentional contact that allows the body to soften, reorganize, and return to a state of flow.
Though done in a group setting, each session is personalized. You’ll be supported by two trained facilitators who move through the space, responding to the needs of each participant while maintaining a cohesive and grounded group field.
